Only services confirmed in writing form part of an agreed engagement.
5. Suppliers & Integrated Services
We deliver our work through a combination of in-house services and carefully selected collaborators.
Certain elements of an event, including guest transportation, floral design, styling, décor, and on-the-ground coordination, may be provided directly by our team or through partners working under our management and supervision.
Other services, such as venues, catering, photography, entertainment, or accommodation, may be delivered by independent third-party suppliers. While we curate and coordinate these partners as part of a cohesive planning process, agreements for such services are entered into directly between the client and the respective supplier.
We take care in selecting collaborators whose standards align with our own. However, Montenegro Celebration Co. cannot be held responsible for the independent performance or conduct of third-party providers beyond our scope of coordination.
6. Fees, Payments & Agreements
Details relating to fees, retainers, payment schedules, cancellations, and postponements are outlined in individual service agreements and vary depending on the nature and timing of each celebration.
No financial terms are binding unless confirmed in a signed agreement.
7. Adjustments & Unforeseen Circumstances
Event planning is inherently subject to change. Adjustments may be required due to availability, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where changes are necessary, we commit to clear communication and thoughtful alternatives, while preserving the integrity of the overall experience.
8. Legal & Administrative Matters
Where applicable, we may assist clients in navigating administrative or legal processes related to events in Montenegro. Responsibility for providing accurate personal documentation remains with the client.

Montenegro Celebration Co. shall not be held liable for:
Acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers
Events outside our reasonable control, including travel disruptions, weather conditions, or governmental restrictions
Loss, damage, or injury not directly resulting from proven negligence on our part
Any liability, where applicable, is limited to the fees paid directly to Montenegro Celebration Co. for agreed services.
10. Intellectual Property
